One thing
to be scared;
to not tomorrow;

Another thing
to be terrified;
to not know myself;

Seeing things
before I heard;
Gaining knowledge
before unlearned;
Scared to death of the future
in reliving the past;
Wondering with time
if this will pass;

Anticipating hurt,
thereby brigning it on;
Praying this won't go,
but I'm already gone;

Excited and happy;
nervous and unsure;
desperate to believe;
in love and insecure
