That Feeling
I can't describe the feeling.
It comes every now and then.
It's not a depression,
but the hapiness is gone again.
I believe it's a form of loneliness;
a fear of no one by my side;
knowing I don't have a shoulder
to lean on when I cry.
A longing to be held in someone's arms
burns my soul deep inside.
Wishing for a sheltering body from harm;
Oh! How long I have tried!
I'll wait patiently for the day to come,
when I will be able to overcome
the feeling imprisoning me;
when in euphoria I will be.
