Action

It's a stupid game,
like when were kids.
If you meant it,
you wouldn't act like this!

I've never been one for hearing the words
because believing in them has proven absurd.
They are such that I need to be shown,
and I'm again sitting here alone.

Your actions don't prove shit to me.
They only hurt me; can't you see?
Obviously, you can't,
or you wouldn't do so.

At least, I believe you wouldn't.

Do I give you too much credit?

Can't you see
that you'd never get that from me?
Your feelings matter most to me!
